Yes. The Starter package is a complete, professional one-page website: responsive design, a contact/quote form, basic on-page SEO, SSL and setup guidance, and click-to-call and WhatsApp buttons. First-year domain, hosting and SSL are included. From year two, domain, hosting and SSL cost £60 per year, which goes to third-party providers — we do not retain it.

On the Starter package, your first-year domain, hosting and SSL are included in the £150. From year two you pay £60 per year for those third-party services. Alternatively, you can move to your own domain and hosting providers at any time and pay them directly — your website belongs to you.

A Starter one-page site is typically ready within about a week once we have your content. Business packages usually take around two weeks, and Growth packages two to four weeks, depending on the number of pages and revision rounds.

Yes, completely. Your domain, your content and your website files belong to you. There is no lock-in: you can move providers or developers whenever you wish.

No. Wallington is our home patch and we love working with local businesses, but we also serve Coulsdon, Croydon, Sutton, Purley, Carshalton, Beddington, Banstead, Caterham and the rest of Surrey and South London — and we are happy to work with small businesses anywhere in the UK.

Absolutely. Every website we build is mobile-first and fully responsive, so it looks and works properly on phones, tablets and desktops. Most local searches happen on a phone, so this is non-negotiable for us.

Every package includes on-page SEO foundations: proper page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, local business schema and Search Console integration where included. Rankings take time and depend on competition, but we build sites the way Google wants to see them.

Mainly the basics: what your business does, the services you offer, the areas you cover, your contact details and any logo or photos you have. We guide you through it step by step — most clients pull everything together in under an hour.

For simple text changes we are happy to make quick updates for you. If you choose the Growth package, the blog setup makes it straightforward to publish new articles. Either way, we will explain your options clearly before you decide anything.

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds — one for Starter, two for Business and three for Growth. A round is a batch of changes you send after reviewing the site. Most clients find this more than enough.

We agree the package and scope in writing before any work begins. Payment details are confirmed on your quote — no surprise extras, ever.

We can redesign it. Many of our clients come to us with an older site that is slow, dated or not bringing in enquiries. Tell us what is not working and we will recommend the most sensible fix — sometimes a refresh, sometimes a rebuild.
