Terms and conditions
These terms govern web design services provided by Wallington Web Design (WallWebUK), 109A Brighton Road, Coulsdon, London, CR5 2NG, United Kingdom. By commissioning work from us, you agree to these terms.
Packages and pricing
Our current packages are published on the packages page: Starter (£150), Business (£295) and Growth (£495). Prices are fixed once agreed in writing. All prices are in pounds sterling.
Domain, hosting and SSL
On the Starter package, first-year domain, hosting and SSL are included in the £150 fee. From year two, domain, hosting and SSL cost £60 per year; this amount is paid to third-party providers and is not retained by LODAVOICE. You may instead use your own domain and hosting providers and pay them directly.
Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (Starter: one; Business: two; Growth: three). A revision round is a single, consolidated batch of changes submitted after reviewing a draft. Additional rounds or significant changes of scope may be quoted separately.
Client responsibilities
You agree to supply accurate content (text, images, logos) that you have the right to use, and to review drafts within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in supplying content may extend the project timeline.
Ownership
Once final payment is received, the completed website, its content and the domain name belong to you. We may retain working files for our records. You are free to move your site to another provider at any time.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed on your written quote before work begins. Work may be paused if agreed payments are not made.
Liability
We take great care with every build, but we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits) arising from the use of your website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
