Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains how Wallington Web Design (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use this website or contact us. We keep things deliberately simple: we collect as little data as possible and never sell it.

Who we are

Wallington Web Design (WallWebUK), 109A Brighton Road, Coulsdon, London, CR5 2NG, United Kingdom. You can reach us at [email protected] or +44 7576 480744.

What data we collect

  • Contact form enquiries: your name, business name, email, phone number, location, business type, chosen package and project details, so we can respond to your enquiry.
  • Direct contact: if you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we hold the details you share in order to reply.
  • Technical logs: our web server records standard technical information (such as IP address and pages visited) for security and abuse prevention. Enquiry submissions are logged privately and stored securely.

Analytics and cookies

We may use Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site. Where analytics tools are enabled, they only collect anonymised usage data. See our cookie policy for details.

Lawful basis

We process enquiry data under UK GDPR on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your request) and, where you become a client, contract performance. Your privacy consent is requested on the contact form.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months so we can manage our conversation, then deleted. Client records needed for accounts and tax purposes are kept as required by UK law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. To exercise any right, email [email protected].

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version.
